Voltaires father is the
legendary Furioso II, who brought forth not less than
68 approved sons !
Grandfather Furioso xx was of great value for the french stock-farm with
sons such as Jalicso B, Je t'Adore and Fair Play xx.
His mother, Gogo, a combination of Van Gothard with the thoroughbred Magic
xx. This mare jumped successfully in the national championships under
Emiel Hendrix.
With rider Emiel Hendrix, Voltaire made his entrance in the jumping contests. 1st
in Berlin, 2nd in Eindhoven, 3rd in Amsterdam and 3rd in Götheborg.
In 1989 he ended his career in honor by winning the Grand Prix in Berlin & second
in the Grand Prix of Leeuwarden under rider Jos Lansink. |
